Spec Books & Binding

Let us handle your 8.5x11 and 11x17 printing needs. Our speedy Docutech machines print 180 pages per minute. Binding options include coil, GBC, saddle stitch and perfect binding.

ePlanroom

Our online ePlanroom is the easy and high-tech way to distribute and receive information regarding projects that are bidding and being built in the greater Indiana area. Find projects for your firm, and find partners for your projects through the ePlanroom.

    • Every day we advertise ePlanroom projects via email to thousands of contractors, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Distribution:
    • Bidders can place orders easily online. We track distribution and delivery and keep online planholders lists updated. We even field phone calls from subcontractors with distribution questions.
  • Payment:
    • We take care of deposit checks, returned plans and direct billing. Payment options are set by project owners.
  • Communication:
    • We send up-to-the-moment email notifications to planholders regarding project revisions and addenda.
  • Customization:
    • Our flexible staff works with project managers to meet specific distribution and notification needs. We can assign passwords to private projects or create custom webpage colors and logos, depending on the unique needs of each project.

    • The ePlanroom Contractor Search makes it easy to search thousands of companies by Minority/Women/Veteran
